Rental Terms & Conditions

  • Renters are required to have a valid driver's license and passport.
  • Late return of the vehicle will be subject to an additional charge of 10% per hour of the rental price.
  • Renters are prohibited from taking the vehicle out of Bali without the owner's permission.
  • Rental fees must be paid 100% in advance.
  • Cancellation of rental will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total rental price.
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs is prohibited.
  • Renters are required to inspect personal belongings before returning the vehicle. Lost items are not the owner's responsibility.

First Party (Owner) Obligations:

  • Provide the vehicle unit in ready-to-use condition and hand it over to the Second Party in accordance with the vehicle handover minutes.
  • Declares that the vehicle is under the management of the First Party.
  • Stating that if the First Party accepts the original identity from the Second Party as collateral, then the identity will be returned after the rental period ends according to the agreement.
  • The lessee agrees to be documented (photos and videos) during the vehicle handover process.

Obligations of the Second Party (Tenant):

  • Take good care of the rental vehicle and filling up with Pertamax fuel.
  • Pay the full agreed rental fee before handing over the vehicle.
  • Pay security deposit equal to the daily rental fee, which will be returned after the rental period ends and the condition of the vehicle is checked.
  • Deliver original passport as collateral to the First Party (for foreign nationals) or provide complete personal data and personal identity (for Indonesian citizens).
  • If damage occurs to the vehicle upon return, the Second Party is fully responsible for all repair costs, including rental fees during the repair period.
  • The Second Party understands that vehicle damage is not covered by insurance. Any form of damage is the full responsibility of the renter.
  • If a traffic violation occurs due to the use of a vehicle by the Second Party, then All costs are the responsibility of the Second Party.
  • Second Party it is prohibited to transfer or re-rent the vehicle to the other party.
  • If the vehicle lost or damaged more than 50%, The Second Party must replace 100% of the vehicle within 2 working days.
  • The Second Party agrees to processed legally when not complying with this agreement.
  • Second Party It is prohibited to take vehicles to off-road areas or coastal areas..
  • If the Second Party violates the applicable provisions, The First Party has the right to take back the vehicle at the location without the consent of the Second Party..
